2020 Year in Review: The Year of “Oh No”

At the end of 2019, wearied and burnt out, I made a New Years resolution that, in hindsight, is likely to be doomed the whole world: I wanted to travel less and spend more term at home, baking and making long walkings and watching fledglings in the backyard. Yep: I made that out into the Universe, and then the Universe was like “oh, immerse? ” and here we are, in month 9768276827 68 of the most serious global pandemic in over a century. So .. I’m really sorry about … you are familiar with* gestures universally at everything* But you’re probably wondering: was it all worth it, Lia ?!?! Did you get your stupid bid and invest 2020 taking long goes, watching chicks in the backyard, and broiling bundt patties ?? And the answer is … kinda. Let’s get into it.
