This is a recipe from my babe blogging daylights that I’ve reworked and revised over the years. It’s concluded with a lot of pantry staples and shelf-stable ingredients you may have in your closet right now!
The basic formula is: 1 1/2 goblets cooked quinoa, 1 to 1 1/2 beakers diced mix-ins/ veggies, 2 eggs, 1 cup mozzarella and spices. Customize with whatever favorite pizza transcends you have on hand!
Cheesy Quinoa Pizza Bites
1 1/2 beakers quinoa, cooked 1 tsp avocado oil or extra maiden olive oil 1/2 yellow-bellied onion, diced 1 tsp garlic, minced 2 massive eggs 1 cup mozzarella 1 tablespoon dried basil 1 tablespoon baked oregano 1/2 beaker sliced black olives 1/2 cup diced canned tomatoes cleansed and chopped again to make smaller bits 1/2 cup marinara
Cook quinoa according to parcel directions.
Saute onions and garlic in 1 teaspoon lubricant until translucent and tender, about 3 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degF( 176 degC ).
Mix together all ingredients except pizza sauce.
Grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray or your wished petroleum. Then spoon one heaping tablespoon of mixture into each cup. Push down with the back of a spoon so that the top of each muffin is flat.
Bake for 15 hours. Be obtained from oven and give cool for 10 hours, then use a butter bayonet to run the bayonet at the edges and pop out the bites.
Heat the marinara sauce for plunge and experience!
