Compete Against The Problem, Not The Competition [Episode 320]

Because the health and fitness busines is saturated with so many professionals, there’s a lot of panic about rivalry and how to stand out in a mobbed market. With this in mind, I want to give you a mindset displacement and have you focus on the problem and not the competition.

Here’s what I want by that. We tend to get so wrapped up in what other parties are blaming, what their Instagram feeds looks a lot like, what they’re blame, and what their Facebook ads look like.

This has nothing to do with your business and how you suffice your clients.

You should be haunted with how to better serve your clients and give them the best experience possible. Forget about what the rival is doing. The only thing you need to focus on is how can I better promotion my clients.

When you worry about what your competition is doing, you’re not innovating. Instead, you end up reproducing your rivalry in some manner and that does not move the needle in your business. What this doesn’t do is help differentiate you in the market or help you stand out.

When you are concentrated on your buyers, you reduce the competition.

The most successful business I know don’t have the most glamorous social sketches. They don’t get hung up on what their Instagram feed looks like or how many followers they have.

I have said this time and time and again that where you need to focus your time, effort and exertion is to understand and employer the skills and capacity of auctions and marketing so you can acquire clients and have them pay you money.

You want to build your income before your body-build your influence.

To do that, you are required to a predictable and reliable direction of going beings into your business who are paying you fund to transform their lives. That is the only thing you need to focus on and that is the only thing we cure our purchasers do.
