We both looked forward to that little legend — partly because it gave us an excuse to chat and catch up the day before when I declined off the muffins!
While at the airport for a jaunt of my own earlier this month, those airfield muffin memories swam through my imagination. I smiled, withdrawing how my second mommy’s face lit up each time I demo up with a sheet of freshly cooked breakfast goodies, and when I returned home …
