Holiday Recipe – Cranberry Orange Pear Sauce

12 oz fresh cranberries 2 ripe pears, peeled, cored and diced 1 cup orange juice zest of 1/2 an orange 1/4 goblet pure maple syrup, sugar or agave 1/2 tsp cinnamon 1/2 tsp ground ginger


total cook+ prep hour: 20 minutes

1. Add all ingredients, except the pears, to a medium saucepan and bring to a simmer on high heat. 2. Once stewing, abbreviate hot and stew for about 15 minutes or until the cranberries erupt and the sauce thickens. 3. Remove from heat and cause cool before refrigerating.
