Culture-making is one of the primary responsibilities of leaders.

But changing currently available culture is no easy task.

Every family, school, denomination, and society comes with a deeply ingrained culture that must be addressed brain on, in order to create wear change.

In today’s episode, I come at this complex issue by sharing real leadership occurrence studies. I address specific problems and handicaps to be provided by 7 church chairwomen around the world. One by one, I volunteer practical profundity for what needs to change in each culture in order to experience true transformation.
