brownie protein balls
ingredients for 6 balls:
3/4 cup chocolate protein powder (180 ml / 90 g / 3 scoops)
3/4 cup almond flour (180 ml)
1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder (60 ml)
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons unsweetened creamy peanut butter
2 – 4 tablespoons milk of choice
toppings:
2 pieces 80% dark chocolate
Flaky sea salt
1. Mix all the ingredients together. Because protein powders absorb liquid differently depending on brand, you may not need the full 4 tablespoons of milk. Add slowly until the dough holds together and it’s not sticky to touch
2. Roll into balls
3. Let set in the freezer for 30 minutes
4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave
5. Drizzle melted dark chocolate on top of the bites and top with flaky sea salt
6. Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer

ingredients for 6 servings:
3/4 cup vanilla protein powder (180 ml / 90 g / 3 scoops)
1 cup almond flour (240 ml)
3 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons unsweetened peanut butter
2 – 4 tablespoons milk of choice
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
add ins:
3 – 4 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
1. Mix all the ingredients together. Because protein powders absorb liquid differently depending on brand, you may not need the full 3 tablespoons of milk. Add slowly until the dough holds together and it’s not sticky
2. Fold in the chocolate chips
3. Roll into balls
4. Let set in the fridge for an hour
5. Store in an air tight container in the fridge or freezer

ingredients for 6 servings:
1 ripe banana
1 – 2 tablespoons maple syrup
3 tablespoons unsweetened almond butter
3/4 – 1 cup oat flour (180 – 240 ml)
3/4 cup vanilla protein powder (180 ml / 90 g / 3 scoops)
1/4 cup almond flour (60 ml)
1 teaspoon cinnamon
toppings:

2. Mix all the ingredients together
3. Let set in the fridge for at least an hour
4. Roll into balls
5. Let set in the freezer for 30 minutes
6. Melt the chocolate in the microwave
