Unmasking Season 3: Meet the Shocking New Faces and Untold Secrets of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives!
Ever wonder what it takes to break free from a traditional path and still come out glowing—literally? Meet Jessi, a powerhouse who turned her hair extension salon, JZ Styles, into a buzzing business and then went ahead to launch a hair academy. But here’s the twist: divorced, remarried, and a proud ex-Mormon, Jessi’s journey isn’t just about curls and cuts; it’s a full-on reinvention. She’s the real deal, owning her choices from plastic surgery to faith shifts, refusing to buy into those unrealistic beauty standards that so many get trapped by. What’s even more inspiring? She’s part of Hulu’s ‘sinners’ #MomTok crew, representing the ‘been-there, done-that’ side of religion with a heartfelt honesty that’s relatable no matter where you stand. Trust me, Jessi’s story is a refreshing reminder that life, like hair, is all about finding your own style—even if it means leaving the old strands behind. LEARN MORE

Jessi owns a hair salon called JZ Styles, which specializes in hair extensions, and recently opened a new hair academy. Divorced and happily remarried to second husband Jordan Ngatikaura, Jessi has three children—daughter Peyton, whom she shares with her ex, and sons Jagger and Jovi. Jessi has been open about her decision to undergo plastic surgery, telling In Touch, “I would rather be the type of person that just owns it and talks about it rather than [saying], ‘I’ve never had work done, I don’t get Botox, I don’t do this,’ and set an unrealistic standard for beauty.”
As noted by Hulu, Jessi is “part of the ‘sinners’ #MomTok subgroup,” having made the decision to leave the Mormon church. During an appearance on Live With Kelly and Mark, Jessi explained, “I represent an ex-Mormon on the show, which I love because every religion has people who are super devout and people who have left, and I love that anyone in any religion can relate.”
