Fresh off an $80 million renovation, this downtown hotel goes all in on fitness. The standout is the 10,000-square-foot gym—one of the largest hotel fitness centers in D.C.—outfitted with Technogym strength and cardio equipment, Peloton bikes, TRX bands, and areas for lifting, stretching, and mobility work.
