Coffee nice cream

Ingredients for two servings:
2 frozen bananas
1 shot of espresso (let it cool down)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Tips for blending: Stop and scrape down the sides if needed. Blend in short bursts instead of continuously. If your blender struggles, let the bananas sit out for 2 – 3 minutes to soften slightly
2. Serve immediately

Raspberry frozen yogurt

Ingredients for three servings:
3 cups frozen raspberries (400 g)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt (120 ml / 125 g)
2 – 3 tablespoons maple syrup/honey, to taste
1 teaspoon vanilla extract

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Tips for blending: Stop and scrape down the sides if needed. Blend in short bursts instead of continuously. If your blender struggles, let the berries sit out for 2 – 3 minutes to soften slightly
2. Serve immediately

Strawberry lemon sorbet

This makes 2 servings:
2 1/2 cups frozen strawberries (6 dl / about 400 g)
juice of 1 lemon
optional: a drizzle of honey or maple syrup

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. Tips for blending: Stop and scrape down the sides if needed. Blend in short bursts instead of continuously. If your blender struggles, let the berries sit out for 2 – 3 minutes to soften slightly
2. Serve immediately!
