BSH, the manufacturer of Bosch, NEFF, Siemens and Gaggenau appliancez, has announced Charlotte Green as CEO of its UK & Ireland subsidiary.
Green will succeed she succeeds Gunjan Srivastava, who stepped down earlier this year, when she starts work in September.
She joins from Amazon, where she spent 15 spent 15 years building and leading large, multi-market operations across the UK and Europe.
Most recently, she led a broad European portfolio spanning multiple categories and channels, with responsibility for significant commercial operations and large international teams.
Green has more than 20 years’ experience across retail, consumer and technology sectors, she brings expertise in commercial leadership, business transformation and scaling complex organisations, alongside a proven track record of delivering sustainable growth and building high performing teams.
“I have long admired BSH and its brands, both as a consumer and from within the industry, so it is a privilege to be joining the company at such an exciting time,” said Green.
“I’m looking forward to working with the team to build on the strong foundations already in place, strengthen our position across the UK and Ireland, and continue building close relationships with customers, consumers and trade partners.”
