Ingredients for three servings:
2 cups frozen strawberries (320 g)
1 cup frozen raspberries (130 g)
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1. Add all the ingredients into a blend in short bursts instead of continuously. Stop to scrape down the sides if need
2. Serve immediately!
Mango-Pineapple Sorbet
Ingredients for three servings:
2 cups frozen mango chunks (340 g)
1 cup frozen pineapple chunks (170 g)
Juice of 1 lime
1. Add all the ingredients into a blend in short bursts instead of continuously. Stop to scrape down the sides if need
2. Serve immediately!
Grape-Lime Sorbet
Ingredients for three servings:
2 1/2 cups frozen seedless grapes (400 g)
juice of 1 1/2 limes
2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
1. Add all the ingredients into a blend in short bursts instead of continuously. Stop to scrape down the sides if need
