3 easy & healthy desserts in the air fryer!😍 These are perfect for hot summer days when you need something sweet quickly and don’t want to turn your oven on! If you don’t have an air fryer, don’t worry — you can of course make all of these in the oven too. We are making juicy baked peaches, a single serve blueberry crisp and air fryer banana boats.

Air Fryer Peaches

This makes 2 servings:
2 peaches, halved & pitted
1 teaspoon coconut oil or butter
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

1. Cut your peaches in half and remove the pits
2. Mix together coconut oil, maple syrup and cinnamon. Brush the peaches with the mixture
3. Air fry cut side up at 180 Celsius / 350 Fahrenheit for about 12-15 minutes. Or you can also bake them in the oven: place the peaches cut side up into a baking dish lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180 Celsius degrees / 350 in Fahrenheit for about 30 minutes
4. Serve with vanilla Greek yogurt, for example!

Single Serve Blueberry Crisp

ingredients for one serving:

For the filling:
3/4 cup blueberries (120 g)
juice of 1/2 small lemon
1 teaspoon corn/potato starch

for the topping:
1/4 cup oats (60 ml)
1 tablespoon peanut butter
1 – 2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ground cardamom

1. In a ramekin mix together blueberries, lemon juice and corn starch
2. In a bowl mix together oats, peanut butter, maple syrup, cinnamon and cardamon
3. Top the berries with the crumble
4. Air fry at 180 Celsius / 350 Fahrenheit for about 12-14 minutes or bake in the oven at 180 Celsius / 350 Fahrenheit for about 25-30 minutes

Air Fryer Banana
This makes two servings:

1 banana
optional: 1 – 2 teaspoons maple syrup
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon unsweetened peanut butter
2 tablespoons dark chocolate chips
1 tablespoon chopped pecans

1. Cut the banana in half lengthwise
2. Place into the air fryer basket lined with parchment paper
3. Brush with maple syrup. Sprinkle cinnamon on top. Drizzle peanut butter on top and lastly add the chocolate chips and chopped pecans
4. Air fry at 180 Celsius / 350 Fahrenheit for about 6-8 minutes
