AS A SHOPPING editor for Men’s Health, I come across way too many sale events that just don’t cut. So, trust me when I say that the best gear, apparel, and grooming deals pop up every year during Nordstrom’s Anniversary Sale.

If you’ve got a Nordstrom card, you already have early access in the bag. But for everyone else, the gates officially open to the general public on July 18, and run through August 9.

Unlike most sales, this annual event drops legit discounts on fresh fall arrivals from top-tier brands like Nike apparel, Hoka sneakers, On Running, shirts and basics from Ralph Lauren, and way more on the apparel side. Listen, that stuff is expensive and runs out faster than anything else on this list, so you can’t blame a guy for wanting to stock up while he can. Kiehl’s is one of my go-to brands, especially when it comes to its cleansers and moisturizers, both of which are seeing discounts up to 35 percent off. I always lean toward Le Labo when I’m feeling more boujee than I actually am, and so you can put money on me taking the shower gel off the shelves.
