Drake has unveiled a one-of-one Rolex Daytona made to commemorate what he describes as his record-breaking 2026. The Canadian rapper revealed the watch in an Instagram carousel.

Dubbed the “Ice Gradient” Daytona, it is an extraordinary gem-set version of Rolex’s most famous chronograph, with a bracelet that graduates from clear diamonds through pale-blue to deep-blue sapphires.

Blue sapphires also appear across the bezel and case, with further stones marking the hours against a pavé diamond dial. On the case back are the words “FREEZE THE WORLD,” a reference to Drake’s Iceman era.

“Today I received the most important thing I have ever had the pleasure of owning. This is the One of One Piece Unique Ice Gradient Daytona by @rolex. Crafted to celebrate the record breaking milestones of 2026. Please do not get your local jeweler to recreate. This is a stand alone and a part of history. Thank you to the wonderful team at Rolex for blessing me with such a generational ticker ⌛️,” Drake wrote, on the ’Gram.

It is an exceptional watch even by Drake’s standards. His collection includes watches from Patek Philippe, Audemars Piguet, Richard Mille, and Jacob & Co, as well as many, many, many Rolexes.

The “One Dance” hitmaker also embraced aftermarket customization: One of his more unusual pieces is a Rolex Day-Date modified by Chrome Hearts, which replaced the President bracelet with a custom design featuring the brand’s signature crosses.

As it does with literally everything else, Rolex usually approaches exclusivity rather differently. The company produces a small number of so-called “off-catalog” watches: factory-made models that do not appear in its regular collection and are generally offered privately to select clients.

Among the best known are the “Rainbow” Daytona, its bezel set with 36 baguette-cut sapphires, and the diamond-heavy “Eye of the Tiger.” Rolex has also produced gem-set Yacht-Masters and Day-Dates, while some of its rarest Daytonas combine gold or platinum cases with pavé diamonds, colored sapphires, and unusual stone dials. These watches can be extraordinarily difficult to acquire, but they are not necessarily unique: Multiple examples of the same reference can exist.

Genuine Rolex pièces uniques are another matter. What makes Drake’s new Daytona particularly remarkable is his assertion that Rolex made this one as a single watch … specifically for him.

For a collector who once rapped about owning 143 Rolexes, finding number 144 was apparently going to require something rather special. Hats off, Drake.
