Unlocking Tomorrow’s Titans: Meet the 18 Start-Ups Poised to Dominate After Enterprise Ireland’s Elite Prep4Seed Selection

Who says start-ups can’t have their cake and eat it too—scaling internationally while nailing that all-important investor pitch? Eighteen dynamic Irish start-ups are gearing up to prove just that through Enterprise Ireland’s Prep4Seed programme, a turbocharged 12-week bootcamp aimed at transforming early-stage ventures into investor magnets. Eighteen high-growth start-ups from across Ireland have been selected for the latest Enterprise Ireland Prep4Seed programme, a 12-week initiative focused on helping early-stage companies prepare for investment and international growth.

Delivered nationally in partnership with Ireland’s Business Innovation Centres (BICs), the programme got under way in Cork this week with its first in-person Masterclass.

The participating companies span climate tech and sustainability, life sciences, fintech, digital technology, consumer food and drinks, and consumer goods.

Conor O’Donovan, head of startups at Enterprise Ireland, said: “Prep4Seed equips founders with the tools and investor-readiness support they need to take that next step.”

The programme includes five specialist Masterclasses delivered by the Irish BICs, alongside six one-to-one sessions with experienced BIC consultants.

Participants will also receive investor-pitch preparation ahead of an Investor Pitch Day at Enterprise Ireland’s Eastpoint office in Dublin on November 18.

Larry O’Donoghue, CEO of AxisBIC, which hosted the opening Masterclass in Cork, said Prep4Seed plays an important role in helping ambitious early-stage companies “build the foundations for investment and sustainable growth”.

“We have seen first-hand the impact Prep4Seed has in helping to develop the next generation of high-potential Irish start-ups,” he said.
