In a statement, the company said: “Adrian will contribute to and actively support the development and delivery of Ecclesiastical Ireland’s underwriting strategy – one that supports the company’s risk appetite and delivers sustainable, profitable growth across the specialist sectors in which it operates.”

Mr Boylan will now lead Ecclesiastical’s evolving broker distribution strategy in Ireland.

“His role reflects the changing broker landscape and the growing importance of strategic broker relationships.

“Mark will be responsible for building commercially successful and sustainable partnerships with brokers across the country.”

The company said Audrey is now responsible for embedding the change agenda across Ecclesiastical Ireland and for first-line risk management, advising on risk matters as well as ensuring alignment with the Group’s risk framework.

Ecclesiastical Insurance Ireland has grown its team by over 30% since 2021.

As part of the Benefact Group, all available profits from Ecclesiastical go to good causes, with over €250m donated in the past 10 years alone.

Ecclesiastical Ireland provides insurance across heritage properties, churches, education, and charity.

David Lane, Managing Director, Ecclesiastical Insurance Ireland, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Adrian to the team and to recognise the exceptional contributions of both Audrey and Mark through their well-deserved promotions.
