Longevity is the upgrade every high-performer is chasing.
This October, the biggest showroom for it lands in Toronto — LWX 2026, at the Great Canadian Casino Resort, October 2–4.
You’ve spent your thirties building a career, the network and your life. The next move isn’t another watch or another car — it’s making sure the engine underneath all of it runs as hard at 50 as it does today. That’s the pitch behind longevity, and it’s quietly become the most interesting status game going.
This fall it gets its biggest Canadian stage. LWX 2026, the flagship event of Longevity Summit Canada, takes over the Great Canadian Casino Resort Toronto from October 2 to 4. Now in its fourth year, it’s the country’s largest expo for longevity, biohacking and human performance — three days of hands-on tech, expert talks and the kind of tools most guys only read about on their feeds.

“The online landscape has become overwhelming — too many products, too many claims, too little clarity,” says founder Brendan Coates, a clinical nutritionist and functional medicine practitioner known as The Gut Whisperer. “We built a space where you can actually put your hands on the tools, talk straight with the people who make them, and separate what works from what’s hype.”
The floor: try before you buy in
This is not a trade show you walk once and forget. The LWX floor is built for testing — recovery and performance tech, diagnostics that put real numbers to your sleep, strength and stress, and gear you can take straight back into your own routine. Every exhibitor is vetted, so the signal-to-noise ratio is high and the sales-pitch factor is low.

This year’s Expo will feature international and local experts across longevity, precision health, and human performance, including Dr. John Demartini, genetics and longevity expert Kashif Khan, quantum physicist and spiritual leader Dr. Rulin Xiu, Dr. Drew Taylor of Acorn Biolabs and inventor Alex Tarnava from Inhale H2. Guests can explore more than 100 exhibitors and experience the latest technologies across diagnostics, recovery, brain health, fitness, nutrition, aesthetics and regenerative wellness. Major attractions include the Title Sponsor – Osaki Canada bringing their showroom of luxury massage chairs to the center of the expo, an IV Lounge where you can sit back, relax and experience a vitamin infusion, the beautiful outdoor cold plunge and sauna Leisurecraft Contrast Pavilion; neurofeedback by BrainTap, & red-light technology for your enhanced recovery.
Friday is a B2B industry summit from 4pm to 9pm
Saturday: Doors open 7am for all access guests (General access 12-8pm)
Sun doors open 7am for all access guests (general access 12-5)

The stage has real pedigree, too: past editions have featured names like Dr. Tom O’Bryan, Sachin Patel, Dave Asprey and Dr. John Demartini — a track record that’s made LWX a genuine stop on the international longevity circuit, not a local wellness fair.
Why it lands for the modern man
Coates is blunt about reframing the whole category. Forget “anti-aging” as a vanity project. Longevity, done right, is performance infrastructure: sleep quality, stress regulation, mobility, strength, nutrition — and hard data instead of guesswork.
“It’s not an identity or a trend. It’s a practical framework for protecting your most usable years,” he says — “the years when you can train hard, travel, think clearly, and show up for work and family with energy to spare.”
The part most men miss, he adds, is purpose: “The habits that actually stick are the ones anchored to a life you genuinely want to keep living.” Build for that, and the rest follows.
