Julia Fox is setting the record straight on her sexuality.

Just last year, the model seemingly came out as a lesbian in a candid TikTok, where she stitched a video that began with someone saying: “I love when I see a lesbian with their boyfriend. It’s like, ‘Awww, you hate that man. You literally hate him.’” Cutting to herself, Fox faced the camera and said, “Heeyyy. That was me. I was that lesbian. So sorry, boys. Umm—won’t happen again.”

Now though, it seems Fox may be identifying a little differently.

In a new interview for Allure, Fox revealed that she actually identifies as pansexual. “I’m pansexual. I could be attracted to anyone and anything,” she told the outlet. “If it were just down to the physical, I’m more attracted to the female body. Men don’t do it for me at all [physically], but I can be attracted to a man’s mind. I’m a vibes person.”

Elsewhere in the interview, the Uncut Gems star was asked if she missed dating men, to which she smiled and replied: “No, not at all.”

Fox elaborated: “The way my life is, I can’t see why a man would be beneficial. I’m laser-focused on being a good mom, on being a good provider, on making my dreams come true. There’s just so much more you can do with your time than waiting around to see if a guy’s going to text you back or not.”

Fox was married to private pilot Peter Artemiev from 2018 to 2020. They share a son named Valentino, who was born in January 2021.

Then, the actor briefly dated rapper Ye (formerly known as Kanye West), declaring soon after the end of their relationship that she was entering a period of celibacy.

In May 2024, Fox stopped by The Zach Sang Show, where she said: “I’m abstaining from sex because I felt like, with the overturning of Roe v. Wade, that if they were gonna take away our rights to our body and our reproductive rights, well, then, this is my way of taking them back.”
