Lisney, one of Ireland’s largest and longest-established independently owned and operated property advisory companies, has appointed Daniel Stephenson to lead a new Consultancy division.

Based in Lisney’s Head office on St. Stephen’s Green, Stephenson will lead the development of the new division, which will complement the firm’s existing services and meet growing demand for property consultancy work across a range of areas.

The consultancy services will include asset management, development consultancy, public sector advisory work, occupier support and strategic property projects.

Stephenson has extensive experience across the development, asset management and consultancy sectors, having spent much of his career working in the UK property market.

He previously served as Managing Director of London & Devonshire Trust, an independent residential and commercial property developer in the South West of England, where his role involved development, investment, acquisitions and asset management.

Prior to this, he was Group Property Director at Renew Holdings, a provider of engineering services, and Head of Consultancy at Aitchison Raffety, a leading practice of chartered surveyors, valuers, property managers and town planners employing more than 100 staff.
