Thérapie Clinic is set to open a six-figure facility in Swords, its 11th location in Dublin later this week.

The clinic at the South Quarter Airside business park is being opened to meet high demand for injectable treatments in north Co Dublin, complementing the Malahide location, which is one of the company’s most popular clinics.

The company has invested €500,000 in the facility where it will recruit for four aesthetic doctors and beauty professionals, with more roles expected to be added as the clinic growths.

The Swords clinic will place an emphasis on anti-wrinkle injectables and offer the full range of treatments, including polynucleotides, botox, laser hair removal and more.

“The opening of our new Swords clinic marks an exciting milestone as our second location in North Dublin. Malahide has become one of our busiest clinics, and the continued demand there showed us the clear need for a second,” said Phillip McGlade, chief executive of Thérapie Clinic.

“Swords will not only provide additional availability to our existing loyal customers, but it will also allow us to welcome a new community in North County Dublin.

Thérapie Clinic now has 81 clinics in Ireland, the UK and the US and has delivered 10m treatments to date. The Irish-owned chain employs a team of more than 200 doctors and medical experts.

The company announced plans last year to open 65 clinics and create 1,000 jobs in Ireland and the UK over three years.
