The hottest New York City sporting event of the year is here once again.

Following Fan Week, which ran from August 18 to August 23, the 2025 US Open officially kicked off on August 24 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Flushing Meadows, Queens. Day one featured matches between the world’s top tennis players—from Novak Djokovic’s game against Learner Tien, to Aryna Sabalenka’s game against Rebeka Masarova, to the explosive match between Benjamin Bonzi and Daniil Medvedev.

The multi-day sporting event will close what has been a fiery hot New York summer, and bring back the best of tenniscore style, as well as some chic celebrity cameos. Last year, we saw everyone from Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce to Kendall Jenner, Lindsay Lohan, Serena Williams, and Alicia Keys, so who knows who we’ll get a glimpse of this year?
