There’s no denying it’s a Lola Tung summer. Between making us cry into our screens every Wednesday as Belly Conklin and experimenting with a wardrobe of archival fashion, the actress has not only been leading her cast through The Summer I Turned Pretty Season 3, but has also been firmly cementing herself as a style icon.
Last night, Tung was a picture of autumnal Miu Miu perfection celebrating the brand’s new fragrance at the Miutine party in New York City. For the occasion, which included a performance from Maggie Rogers, she styled a pleated blue-and-white plaid miniskirt with a navy wool bomber jacket and embroidered calf-high socks. On her feet, she slipped into patent leather slingback heels with gold buckle detailing, and in her hand, she carried a matching leather bag.
To complement the look, Tung’s brown hair was parted down the middle and blown out into a straight, natural look. Her glam, equally as natural, highlighted rosy cheeks, feathery brows, glossy pink lips, and shimmering eyes that cut through her frameless glasses. Her sweet yet striking look reflected the Miutine fragrance, a warm blend of wild strawberry notes with vanilla, brown sugar, and patchouli perfect for the daring, carefree, unconventionally feminine women that Miu Miu dresses. Additional guests included Paloma Elsesser, Sunday Rose Kidman, Chloë Sevigny, Amelia Gray, and Emma Chamberlain.
This look followed Tung’s summer fashion streak, during which she was seen in vintage Gucci, Stella McCartney, Roberto Cavalli, and Dior by John Galliano, as well as contemporary pieces from Ann Demeulemeester, Bach Mai, and, of course, Coach (who Tung works with as an ambassador). Most recently, she stepped out in a striking knit minidress from 404 Studio, a color-blocked piece from their Fall/Winter 2025 collection adorned with oversized silver buckles and the fuzziest blue hem.
