Noon has nearly 15 years of experience in advisory and restructuring with the company, having played a pivotal role in providing restructuring solutions to Irish SMEs navigating financial and operational challenges.
As partner, he will support the growth and development of Azets’ advisory and restructuring offering, which provides services such as examinership and SCARP.
Noone is a market leader in SCARP and has acted as a process advisor for a number of companies, most recently Cupola Events Ltd, the firm behind the Beyond the Pale festival, and civil engineering and groundworks contractor New Century Engineering Ltd.
“Conor’s appointment as Partner is a testament to his deep expertise and commitment to supporting Irish businesses through complex restructuring and advisory challenges. His progression through the firm also reflects the kind of long-term professional growth we aim to foster at Azets,” said Dessie Morrow, head of advisory and restructuring at Azets Ireland.
“Conor’s leadership will be instrumental as we continue to grow our Advisory and Restructuring practice and meet the unmet needs of mid-market firms across the country. In today’s more challenging economic environment, many businesses are facing increased financial pressure.
“Our team plays a critical role in helping companies navigate these difficulties and recover, and Conor’s experience will be invaluable in this work.”
Commenting on his appointment, Noone said: “I’m delighted to take on the role of Partner at Azets Ireland. For close to 15 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with exceptional colleagues and clients, helping businesses navigate uncertainty and unlock new opportunities.
“More and more SMEs – particularly in the hospitality and retail sectors – are experiencing financial stress and are exploring whether examinership or SCARP could offer a viable path to recovery. These are powerful tools that can help preserve jobs and restructure businesses for the future.
“I’m focused on helping Irish businesses navigate challenging trading conditions, from high energy costs and raising wages to the accelerated pace of digital transformation.”

Azets now employs 300 people across its headquarters in Dublin and regional offices in Enniscorthy and Waterford. The company offers services in audit, due diligence, valuation, M&A, tax, restructuring, corporate governance, and fund management.
