I have some more questions about how certain segments of the population are seeing affordability change and I’d love your take Lu just on what this all means for real estate investors going forward. We’ve talked about some national trends, some regional trends, and now I want to talk about some demographic trends because Lu, in your report you talked about senior affordability. This is not a segment of the population we talk about much on the show, although there’s been a lot of chatter in housing about the silver tsunami and aging in place and the need for assisted living. Tell us what’s going on with the older population in the US as it pertains to rent.
