Discover the Secret Sports Bras That Fitness Pros Swear By—Number 4 Will Change Your Workout Forever!
Ever wonder if your sports bra could feel less like a medieval torture device and more like your most supportive workout buddy? Well, buckle up, because this bra—beloved by three Women’s Health editors including myself—is turning that dream into reality. It’s got that sweet spot of support for medium busts without the suffocating squeeze, moves with you like a second skin, and somehow stays put no matter how wild your workout gets. From runs to Pilates to HIIT sessions, it delivers solid support with minimal bounce without triggering that desperate “get this thing off me!” moment afterward. Sure, it has a few quirks—like a bit of chafing during long runs—but it conquers sweat, wash cycles, and time like a champ, looking fresh even after years of wear. Plus, the no-fuss pull-on design means you can rip it off post-sesh without a wrestling match over straps or clasps. Intrigued yet? This bra is a favorite among three WH editors—myself, Andriakos, and Lauture. We love its support during high-impact workouts, durability, value, and stay-in-place cups that move like a second skin
Andriakos says that this bra is great for medium-sized busts. It has a slight compressive feel, which keeps everything secure and minimizes bounce during plyometric moves and running, but it’s not so tight that it restricts movement. It also has a high support option, which has more compression and an adjustable band, and a low support option, which is looser with gentle hold. We picked the medium support bra for our number-one choice because it’s the most versatile option. We’ve worn it during runs, Pilates, walks, yoga, and HIIT and found that it offers solid support with minimal boob bounce, but it’s not too tight that we want to rip it off after our workouts.
This bra is also moisture-wicking, so it doesn’t get super wet and sweaty during workouts, which we appreciate. The 100 percent polyester material has a super slippery feel, which we like for its ability to stay breathable, but we find that it tends to chafe under the breasts during long runs. I wore this bra a ton during my half marathon training last year and found that it would irritate my skin after about five miles. I found the solution should be to level up to the high impact bra for my runs, so there’s less room for movement and chafing.
Back to the pros: This bra handles the wash super well. Every time we wash and air dry it, the bra comes out looking good as new and never pills or comes unsewn. Andriakos has owned hers for two years and says it still looks the same as when she first bought it. Since then, she’s purchased multiple in different colors.
“My ideal sports bra doesn’t have any hardware or fastening, or removable pads that get lost in the dryer,” says Andriakos. This one easily pulls on over the head without any adjusting and it’s a breeze to take on and off. It has a minimal silhouette with super wide arm holes, so you can rip it right off after a workout without playing around with straps or closures. Plus, Lauture and I love that the cups are sewn in place, so they don’t move around during your workout.
