Greek yogurt pancakes (25-29 g protein)

Ingredients for one serving:
2 eggs
1/2 cup low-fat Greek yogurt (120 ml / 125 g)
1 teaspoon maple syrup or your favorite sweetener
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup (gluten-free) all purpose flour (80 ml)
1 teaspoon baking powder

1. Mix the wet ingredients together
2. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine
3. Cook the pancakes on a non-stick pan for a few minutes on each side

Chocolate banana pancakes (35 g protein)

Ingredients for one serving:
1 banana
2 eggs
1 scoop / 1/4 cup / 30 g chocolate protein powder (or flour)
1 tablespoon unsweetened cacao powder

1. Mash the banana
2. Add the eggs and mix until smooth
3. Add the dry ingredients and stir to combine
4. Cook on a non stick skillet for a few minutes on each side

Oatmeal pancakes (31 g protein)

Ingredients for one serving:
1/2 cup high protein cottage cheese (100 g)
2 eggs
1/2 cup (gluten-free) oats (120 ml)
1 teaspoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon baking powder

1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth
2. Cook on a non stick skillet for a few minutes on each side
