The forecourt retail and title sponsor of the FAI Club Mark programme also announced that Ardmore Rovers came second and Arklow Town FC came third, with all three clubs securing €1,500 worth of team kits.

The competition has a prize fund of €60,000, including €30,000 worth of kit and €30,000 in cash, in addition to VIP training experience with players from the Republic of Ireland senior teams.

As part of the initiative, Circle K also awarded a weekly cash prize of €500 to a Circle K Extra with the most points as a thank you for their support.

Cash for Clubs is part of Circle K’s broader commitment to grassroots football through its partnership with FAI Club Mark, which rewards clubs that demonstrate excellence in governance, management, and initiatives to grow grassroots football.

Since the partnership began, Circle K has invested over €200,000 in clubs across Ireland.

Ballyfermot FC and all the previous monthly winners will be entered into a grand finale where one club will win a grand prize of €10,000 and four others will win €5,000 each.

Another club will win a VIP training experience with the men’s national team. Additionally, five clubs will each win three sets of kit for their clubs.
