Justice Department’s Shocking Reversal on Unconstitutional Order – What This Means for Your Rights and the Nation’s Future!

Ever get that weird feeling when you’re strapped into a plane, but the pilot’s nowhere to be found? Yeah, that’s kinda the vibe right now with Operation Epic Fail — nobody’s flying this airplane, and the cockpit chatter? Pure chaos. Marco Rubio, aka the Incredible Shrinking Secretary of State, dropped his latest theory on why we dove headfirst into a preemptive war: “We knew Israel would act first, and if we didn’t strike first, we’d take heavier hits.” Sounds like a dodgeball game gone sideways, right? Then, bam! The president flips the script the very next day, claiming it was all about stopping Iran before they could even think about attacking. Meanwhile, the Department of Justice is doing backflips over defending some executive orders targeting law firms — one minute they’re out, the next, they’re in, with zero explanation. It’s like watching a reality show with no script, and guess what? The passengers? We’re just here munching on peanuts, hoping this ride lands safely. You ever wonder what it takes to steer a plane when the crew’s busy pointing fingers at each other? Buckle up—it’s gonna be a bumpy read. LEARN MORE.

Nobody is flying this airplane now. While discussing the latest concocted reason for the launch of Operation Epic Fail, Marco Rubio, the Incredible Shrinking Secretary of State, said the following:

“We knew that there was going to be an Israeli action. We knew that that would precipitate an attack against American forces. And we knew that if we didn’t preemptively go after them before they launched those attacks, we would suffer higher casualties.”

In other words, we launched a preemptive war so that an ally’s preemptive war wouldn’t blow back on us. This sounded so stupid that Speaker Moses glommed on to it immediately. That was on Monday. On Tuesday, the president completely contradicted both of them. From The New York Times:

Speaking to reporters at the start of a White House meeting with Chancellor Friedrich Merz of Germany, Mr. Trump claimed that Iran had been about to attack its neighbors and Israel, and he made the decision to go to war to pre-empt that action.

Also, on Monday, the Department of Justice announced that it would not be defending the president’s vengeful executive orders punishing law firms associated with his political opponents. A suit challenging them is scheduled to go before a federal appeals court on Friday. That was on Monday. Then, Monday became Tuesday. From Politico:

The Justice Department told a federal appeals court Tuesday that the administration intends to continue defending President Donald Trump’s executive orders targeting law firms—a surprising reversal less than 24 hours after the department informed the same court it no longer wished to defend the orders. DOJ lawyers did not provide an explanation for their change in posture, which came via a short Tuesday filing. “Hours after asking the court to dismiss its appeal, the Department of Justice has abruptly reversed course and moved to continue its defense of the unconstitutional executive orders. It offered no explanation to either the parties or the court for its reversal,” a spokesperson for the law firm Perkins Coie said in a statement.

Nobody is flying the plane. Eat your peanuts and hope for the best.
