Ryan will succeed ALG’s current Chair, Séamus Ó Cróinín, on 1 October.
After a successful three-year term, Ó Cróinín will continue his role as a senior partner in the firm’s Finance Department, specialising in aviation and other forms of finance.
Ryan is an experienced partner in our Corporate Department, specialising in M&A, corporate restructurings, governance and equity incentives and benefits.
