Rosé wore a sequined gown in the warm hue to the MTV VMAs last week, Pamela Anderson wore the color via a silky set during her Naked Gun press tour, and Sophie Turner recently gave the soft tone a business spin, in a crisp pinstripe button-down. Now, Lauren Sánchez is giving butter yellow her own glam-bombshell treatment.

Last night, Sánchez was among the guests at the star-studded Caring for Women dinner hosted by the Kering Foundation in New York City’s The Pool. For the ritzy evening, the new Mrs. Bezos reached for a silky, strapless number with a draped corset bodice, an exaggerated hourglass silhouette, and a flowing train that turned stark black in the back.

Sánchez accessorized the two-tone gown the only way she knows how: with strings of diamond jewelry. Large teardrop diamonds adorned her ears, while around her neck she wore a striking diamond necklace with an extra-large teardrop diamond at the center.

The most eye-catching diamond of all, though, was the one on her ring finger, courtesy of Amazon boss husband Jeff Bezos.

The dinner was hosted by Kering Foundation owner François-Henri Pinault and wife Salma Hayek, who serves as the honorary president—and looked fantastic in a strapless black gown with a sweetheart neckline.
