Maples and Calder, the Maples Group’s law firm in Ireland, has appointed seven senior lawyers to partner and of counsel positions.

The appointments form part of a wider global promotions kick that includes 11 partners and 14 of counsel promotions across the group.

Richard O’Mahony (funds & investment management) and Una Killeen (finance) have been promoted to partner.

Ann‑Marie Donovan (finance), Caitriona Clear, Colm O’Donoghue, Nuala Clarke and Adam Sinclair (all funds & investment management) were promoted to of counsel positions.

These promotions follow the appointment of Sergey Dolomanov, who recently joined the firm as a partner, also in the funds & investment management practice.

Maples Group celebrates 20 years in Ireland this year. The firm has grown from a handful of lawyers to offering a full range of commercial legal services across corporate; data, commercial & technology; dispute resolution & insolvency; employment; finance; funds & investment management; property & projects; financial services regulatory; tax and specialty services, including AI advisory, digital assets, sustainable finance and global registration services.
