Costco’s new churro ice cream sundae is sweet, cinnamon bliss

The new Costco Caramel Churro Sundae combines all the best things in life: vanilla ice cream, caramel and churros. Costing $2.99, this new menu item consists of velvety, creamy soft serve vanilla ice cream, salted caramel sauce and churro bits—and if you aren’t a big chocolate person, this is an alternative we think anyone can get behind. Ever since this menu item started rolling out, folks have been sharing their thoughts on social media, and while some have shared that they aren’t a huge fan of the churro pieces on top, others are enjoying this new addition.

The ice cream and caramel sauce are pretty traditional, but many have noted that the churro bits aren’t necessarily chopped pieces of fresh churro.
