This is the gorgeous lake where I would spend every single summer! My best friend’s great-grandpa built a cabin here when White Pines started as a mill town in 1938…and five generations later, their family and friends are still enjoying it! That once hard-working lake is now fantastic for recreation, with non-motorized boats, rope swings, a forested disc golf course, and the impressive Sierra Nevada Logging Museum with history and artifacts from around Gold Country California.
