One notable difference between the Carry-On Light and the standard Carry-On is that the Light option isn’t as strong or durable. It doesn’t have the reinforced corners, the polycarbonate shell is more flexy, the handle isn’t as sturdy, and the wheels are lighter-duty. July did have to cut out some material to make it this light, but I don’t want to come across like it’s made of cardboard: It’s still very durable and well-built overall.
