And so that way if you get into it and you decide, Hey, this isn’t for me, or I bought a bad deal, you can probably get out from underneath it and either lose a little bit of money or break even, or if you were planning to flip it, maybe you can pivot and put a tenant in it and still break even like you’re leveraging your risk.
