Go do that. Don’t invest in real estate, just go do that. I still believe real estate is the best way for most people, not everyone, but for the majority of people, I still think it’s the best way to pursue financial freedom. That’s why I get on the show and ramble about it five days a week. But if you find something else that works for you, go for it. But I really encourage you not to get caught up in the hype about is it good, is it bad? The question is today and always, is this the best thing for me and my time and my money?
