The circumference of the Magic Wand Waterproof head is about an inch-and-a-half larger than the head of Le Wand Dive, allowing it to stimulate the entire vulva, not just the clitoris. It’s also a slightly thinner and lighter, which may make it more comfortable for someone with small hands to hold. That said, if you have difficulty with grip strength and/or experience hand cramps, Le Wand’s slimmer, more lightweight handle might be easier to use. Granted, neither of these toys are particularly travel-friendly, but if I had to choose one to pack in my suitcase, I’m obviously opting for the lighter one.

Okay, here’s where things get a bit technical, so bear with me. The Magic Wand Waterproof has an IPX7 waterproof rating, while Le Wand Dive has an IPX8 waterproof rating. Basically, these means that both toys have been tested and found to work when submerged in up to three feet of water, but Le Wand Dive will work longer at this depth than the Magic Wand Waterproof (up to 2 hours vs. up to 30 minutes).

How much does this rating difference matter? In my opinion, not much because the average bathtub is less than three feet deep, and besides, both wands are capable of making someone climax in less than three minutes, forget about 30.

Even if you are experimenting with edging or having a multi-orgasm solo sesh, you realistically won’t keep the vibrator turned on and underwater the whole time. (Sure, you can use the vibe to DIY some jacuzzi-style jets, but in my experience, the result is more annoying than effective.)
