Maybe you love Pieter Mulier’s Alaïa, but always felt its accompanying pricetag to be out of reach. Maybe Kate Moss is your eternal mood board. Or maybe you’ve been forced to go on camping trips, but never felt that the ho-hum sleeping bags matched your vibe. Somehow, all of these concerns and desires are addressed by Zara’s 50th anniversary collection, in which the Spanish retail giant has enlisted 50 collaborators to create 50 exclusive items to mark its milestone birthday.

The list encompasses an impressive array of photographers, filmmakers, designers, and creatives, including Pierpaolo Piccioli, Luca Guadagnino, Naomi Campbell, Norman Foster, Kate Moss, and Sterling Ruby. Collector-worthy graphic t-shirts and fall-ready barn jackets are among the offerings, as well as a steel bookshelf by Colette co-founder, Sarah Andelman, and even a pet carrier, designed by Steven Meisel.

The collection was presented in a special pop-up shop during Paris Fashion Week. Today, the collection is now available for purchase online at Zara.com and in select stores, starting at just $70 and ranging up to $3,500 for larger items, such as a fuzzy white sofa by Rosalía.

While the collection includes many pieces that relate to the artist’s specialty, such as a makeup bag by Pat McGrath or a schoolgirl dress from Anna Sui, others took a more personal approach. “I grew up by the sea and like to surf, so I designed a surfboard inscribed with a poem by Fernando Pessoa, my favorite Portuguese poet and writer,” shares Pierpaolo Piccioli. “I think poetry and surfing have a lot in common; they both touch the spirit, a good medicine for the soul, and we all need that.”

In this rare opportunity, you have the chance to own a unique collectible. Shop a trinket jewelry box by Kate Moss, a sleek brown leather messenger bag set by Norman Foster, and probably the most beautiful sleeping bag I’ve seen, created through the artful lens of David Sims.
