On Sunday evening, many of the biggest stars in film and television gathered at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles for the 32nd Actor Awards (formerly known as the Screen Actors Guild, or SAG, Awards).

It was an eventful night that offered plenty of memorable speeches from the likes of Harrison Ford (who was honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award), Amy Madigan, Michael B. Jordan, and more, while Kristen Bell acted as emcee, hosting the ceremony for the third time.

On the red carpet, the outfits tended to lean more low-key, but there were still quite a few showstopping numbers, whether it was Love Story star Sarah Pidgeon in a baby pink sack dress from Balenciaga or One Battle After Another lead Teyana Taylor in an artful trompe-l’Å“il design from Thom Browne. Sinners ended up being the big winner of the night, taking home the prize for Outstanding Performance by a Cast in a Motion Picture. As for TV, new shows like The Pitt and The Studio fared best, but the love seemed to be spread across many different titles.

While the evening unfolded, Polaroid photographer Andrew Tess stepped inside the ceremony for Harper’s Bazaar, capturing some of the industry’s biggest stars in intimate moments and even after some of them accepted their prizes.
