Knight Frank Ireland has appointed two senior property professionals from Colliers as it expands its valuation and advisory services offering in the Irish market.
The firm has named Emmett Page as director and head of valuation and advisory services, while James Farrelly has been appointed director within its professional services division.
The appointments are part of what the company said is a broader strategy to strengthen its professional services capability and support future growth.
Page brings more than 25 years’ experience in the Irish property sector and joins the business from Colliers, where he held a board position and a senior leadership role within its advisory and professional services division.
During his time there, he advised institutional and private clients on valuation mandates across a wide range of sectors, including offices, retail, logistics, development land, social housing, hotels and leisure, healthcare and data centres.
Farrelly also joins from Colliers, where he worked as a director in the firm’s professional services team.
A chartered surveyor and dispute resolution specialist, he has experience providing valuation advice across several commercial property sectors, with a particular focus on specialist assets, expert witness work, landlord and tenant matters, compulsory purchase orders and commercial rates.
Page, who is a fellow of the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland and a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, will lead Knight Frank Ireland’s valuation and advisory platform and work with teams across capital markets, new homes, asset management, development land and consultancy.
Farrelly will support the continued growth of the firm’s valuation and professional advisory services.
Commenting on his appointment, Page said: “I am delighted to be joining Knight Frank Ireland at an exciting time for the business and to have the opportunity to work with such a well-established and highly regarded team with global reach.
“I am particularly pleased to be joining alongside James, whose experience and expertise will further strengthen the team.
“I look forward to contributing to the strategic growth and development of all valuation and advisory service business lines and delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.”

James Meagher, Director, Knight Frank Ireland added: “We are very pleased to welcome Emmett and James to Knight Frank. Emmett’s depth of experience, leadership and strong reputation in the market, combined with James’s technical expertise and client-focused approach, will be invaluable as we continue to grow our valuation and advisory offering.
“These appointments underline our commitment to investing in top talent and enhancing the breadth and quality of services we provide to our clients.”
