Cybersecurity group Integrity360 has acquired CyberIAm, a leading identity specialist operating from the UK and South Africa.

Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

The acquisition is part of Integrity360’s continued global expansion plans and establishes a significant identity cyber services and solutions practice within the group at a time.

Identity has become a new security perimeter in the AI era, and every employee, customer, application, device and AI agent represents an identity that must be authenticated, authorised and governed.

Identity360 said the deal strengthens its identity capabilities in one of the fastest-growing and most strategic areas of cybersecurity.

Founded in 2016, CyberIAm is a highly respected cybersecurity services and solutions specialist focused specifically on all aspects of identity, including identity access management (IAM), identity governance and administration (IGA), privileged access management (PAM) and customer identity and access management (CIAM).

The company employs approximately 120 professionals across offices in Chester, London and Cape Town.

It provides identity services to a broad range of enterprise customers across multiple sectors including financial services, retail, healthcare, insurance, energy, legal, and public sector.

CyberIAM has a long track record in the world of Identity, including design and architecture, assessment, remediation, integration, deployment, strategy development, and training, in addition to a wide range of support and managed services.

It also has in-depth expertise, experience and accreditations in all of the world’s major Identity platforms including CyberArk (now Idira from Palo Alto Networks), SailPoint, BeyondTrust and Saviynt, having advised, designed and deployed, and supported and managed such solutions for multiple global enterprise organisations.

Identity360’s existing identity services and resources will be integrated with the CyberIAM team and will operate from one location.

Accounts for Chester-based CyberIAM Holdings show the company made a profit of £354,171 in 2025 compared to a loss of £66,890 the previous year despite a fall in turnover to £14.6m.
