Charli XCX is ushering in the chilly season. On Thursday night, the Music, Fashion, Film artist was photographed outside of West Hollywood Italian restaurant Dan Tana’s, wearing an all-black look with a cozy pop of fur. She was at the Los Angeles hotspot for an event hosted by Khaite, which also saw new couple Dakota Johnson and Machine Gun Kelly, and selected a look full of the label’s fall staples.

The centerpiece of the monochrome fit was Khaite’s slouchy leather bomber jacket, crafted from super-soft lambskin leather with a sleek, shiny finish. The outerwear featured an oversize silhouette and a cropped hem, with ribbed trim that cinched the waist. It was stitched with a concealed zipper placket and adorned with a touch of brown shearling, which sat somewhere between an accent collar and a fur stole. XCX tucked her hair into the piece, and her hands into its angular welt pockets.

As for the rest of her look, the Grammy-winning singer went with a timeless pair of black straight-leg trousers, and slipped into Jimmy Choo’s Scarlett pumps: a pair of black leather pointed-toe shoes with a lace-up corset detail on the upper and a little drop heel. She added oversize shades from Khaite’s collaboration with eyewear brand Oliver Peoples, and finished things off with an envelope bag from her host.

The Khaite bag in question was defined by its lightweight feel and flat-body construction, which was designed to expand naturally when filled with a night’s worth of necessities.
