Selective Travel Management has been named Ireland’s Leading Travel Management Company 2026 at the World Travel Awards, following a year of growth, new client wins and investment in its technology.
The Dublin and Belfast-based business, which has more than 50 years of experience in the travel industry, secured the title in a category previously won by some of Ireland’s largest travel management companies.
The award comes as Selective Travel Management continues to expand its presence in the Republic of Ireland, operating from its office on Pearse Street in Dublin and working with an expanding portfolio of public and private sector organisations.
Recent growth has included new and retained business across the university, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME), corporate and Government sectors.
Managing director Keith Graham said the award reflected the progress the company had made in Ireland and its commitment to developing its services.
“Ireland is a really important market for us and one where we have continued to invest, build relationships and grow our client base,” Graham said.
“Over the past year in particular, we have welcomed a number of significant new clients across a range of sectors and continued developing the technology, expertise and service we offer organisations across the country.”
He added that the recognition was a reflection of the work carried out by the company’s employees.
“We have a brilliant team who work incredibly hard for our clients every day, so this is very much recognition of their expertise and commitment.”
Selective Travel Management has also received wider European recognition during 2026, having been named a finalist for Partner of the Year – Small TMC at the Business Travel Awards Europe and entering the Top 50 European Travel Management Companies for the first time.
The company has invested in its proprietary NextGen platform, alongside further development of its online booking and reporting systems.
Its Trends reporting platform provides clients with access to live travel expenditure and carbon data across air, rail, accommodation and other categories. The system includes interactive reporting and detailed filtering capabilities.
The company has also expanded its Online Booking Tool and strengthened its traveller safety and duty-of-care services through a partnership with Safeture.

Selective Travel Management employs around 180 people across the UK and Ireland and said it intends to continue investing in its teams, account management, technology and customer service.
Graham said the company was ambitious about its next phase of growth, with a focus on expanding sustainably in Ireland while maintaining the personalised service that has underpinned its operations.
