The Gaelic Athletic Association (GAA) announced a new partnership with leading out-of-home delivery and parcel locker provider InPost, which will become the GAA’s Official Delivery Partner in Ireland.
As part of the agreement, InPost will expand its parcel locker network to up to 1,000 GAA clubs across Ireland over the next 18 months, providing members and local communities with 24/7 access to secure and convenient parcel collection and returns.
The initiative will see clubs host InPost lockers on their grounds, creating additional revenue opportunities and increasing visitor traffic to club facilities.
The rollout will also support more sustainable delivery practices by reducing the number of individual home delivery journeys.
In addition, InPost will support the GAA Nursery Programme, helping to drive youth participation and grassroots development in Gaelic games.
The partnership is rooted in a shared commitment to strengthening communities across Ireland. For generations, GAA clubs have been at the centre of towns, villages and cities, serving as much more than sporting organisations by acting as vital community hubs.
By placing InPost lockers within club grounds, the partnership introduces a practical everyday service directly into the heart of local communities.
GAA President Jarlath Burns said: “The GAA’s strength has always come from our communities and our grassroots volunteers.
“This partnership with InPost will not only provide a valuable service to members and local communities, but also deliver an important new source of support for clubs nationwide.
“Through our Nursery Programme, it will also invest in the next generation, helping young players begin their journey in Gaelic games.”
Michael Rouse, CEO International at InPost, said: “Ireland is a key market for InPost and this partnership demonstrates our long-term commitment to growth here.
“The GAA is deeply embedded in communities across the country in a way very few organisations can match.
“By integrating our lockers into that trusted network, we are building on foundations that already exist and that people value. We want InPost to become a natural part of everyday life in Ireland, and this partnership gives us the platform to achieve that.”

The rollout will begin with an ambassador programme involving a number of strategically selected clubs, before expanding nationwide in the months ahead.
InPost lockers will also be installed at Croke Park in advance of the All-Ireland Quarter Finals, marking a major activation at the home of Gaelic games.
