What’s better than a mother-daughter date night? Well, when that night unfolds on the red carpet of the Rome Film Festival, with vintage couture and Hollywood glam making a dazzling comeback, you know it’s something special. Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian turned heads—and raised the style stakes—as they celebrated the premiere of season two of Ryan Murphy’s “All’s Fair.” But here’s the kicker: instead of fresh-off-the-runway looks, they dived deep into fashion history, reviving iconic pieces that speak volumes about legacy, personality, and that unmistakable Kardashian flair. Last night was a mother-daughter date-night for Kris Jenner and Kim Kardashian. Walking the red carpet at the 2026 Rome Film Festival, the duo celebrated the world premiere of the second season of All’s Fair, Ryan Murphy’s legal drama starring Kardashian alongside Sarah Paulson, Niecy Nash, Naomi Watts, and Teyana Taylor. And for the special occasion, they both dipped into some highly-coveted fashion archives.

For the Skims founder, who has been embracing her love of vintage with help from stylist Law Roach, the evening called for a leopard-print corset gown, pulled from the Saint Laurent Haute Couture Fall 1986 collection. Designed with a strapless, skintight lace-up bodice and a dramatic mermaid skirt, it had many markers of a classic Kardashian look, though offered a new side to the reality star’s style with its bold and storied animal print. (The designer’s leopard prints drew inspiration from Swiss artist Jacques-Laurent Agasse, who was known for his paintings of the wild cat.)

Roach, who recently dressed his client in not one, but two mid-1990s Rabanne minidresses (with matching headpieces), sourced the gown from Lily et Cie, and paired it with a coordinating shawl and simple black heels.

As for her mother, Jenner paid homage to both her daughter and to Elizabeth Taylor, with a dramatic hooded cape seen first on the late Cleopatra star and later on Kardashian during All’s Fair. Designed by Tiziani Roma with a black velvet body lined in ivory silk and embroidered with diamanté scorpions, it was originally worn by Taylor to Princess Grace Kelly’s famous 1969 Scorpio Ball in Monte Carlo. It is officially Scorpio season, after all!
