LinkedIn’s 2024 Workplace Learning Report found that 76% of employees say they would be more likely to stay with a company that offers continuous opportunities to build valuable skills. However, only 29% of employees feel their current employer provides growth opportunities aligned with their career goals.
Corporate training often focuses on skills that primarily benefit the company, which may or may not transfer to future roles or opportunities. Employees increasingly want to develop skills that increase their overall value and options in the marketplace.
