So in fact, once you’re at that lower caloric intake, the body is working more efficiently, making it actually more difficult to lose more weight. As you said earlier, it’s not gonna do much in the long run ’cause you might just burn 100, 200, 300 calories and that can’t make up for being sedentary every other hour you’re awake.
