Irish public relations agency VALERIEROE.PR celebrated the launch of a new talent-management division, VR.PR Talent, expanding its business into representation for personalities across media, beauty, sport and lifestyle.
The launch was celebrated at DION restaurant in Dublin, with broadcaster Elaine Crowley, celebrity makeup artist Paula Callan, former Mayo footballer Pádraig O’Hora and elite boxer Kaci Rock among those attending.
Founded by Valerie Roe, VR.PR Talent will combine traditional talent management with the agency’s experience in media relations, brand partnerships, marketing campaigns and events.
The new division builds on the 15-year track record of VALERIEROE.PR, with Roe returning to talent representation after previously managing some of Ireland’s leading television and radio personalities before establishing her public relations agency.
The founding roster also includes makeup artist and beauty entrepreneur Paddy McGurgan, celebrity hairstylist Jake Ryan, fitness personality Chris Connolly, interior designer Natasha Rocca Devine and musician Sean Ryan, known professionally as Why-Axis.
Other names represented include beauty entrepreneur Sam Kelly, Irish pop artist Aimée Fitzpatrick, makeup artist Ben Sun and fashion and lifestyle creators Lauren Gavigan, Edel Conroy, Paige Mitchell, Ava Fitzsimons and Rachel Nugent.
Roe said the launch marked the culmination of an ambition she had held for several years.
“This has been something I’ve wanted to do for years, so to finally see it come to life and have everyone together tonight is pretty fantastic,” she said.
“We’ve put a lot of thought into who we wanted to bring on board, and I’m genuinely excited about the mix of talent and personalities we have. Everyone brings something different, and I think that’s what makes it so exciting.”
The agency said the division would draw on its established network of industry contacts and relationships with Irish and international brands to develop opportunities for its clients.
Roe said the nature of talent careers had changed, with personalities increasingly moving between different industries and business ventures.
“People aren’t staying in one lane anymore – creators become entrepreneurs, broadcasters build their own platforms, personalities launch brands,” she said.

“For someone with drive and something distinctive to offer, there are now far more directions a career can go – and far greater potential to build something with real longevity.”
The launch represents an expansion of VALERIEROE.PR’s services as talent increasingly seek to develop commercial partnerships, build their own brands and establish careers beyond traditional media roles.
