Wimbledon 2026 has kicked off, and the most exciting thing about the tournament (after the tennis, of course) is the celebrity style—especially the watches. David Beckham and his son Romeo Beckham both sported brilliant luxury watches for the first day, on very different ends of the luxury pricing spectrum.

As he’s an ambassador for the Swiss watchmaker, it should come as no surprise that David Beckham sported a new Tudor watch: the revamped Black Bay 58, which we also named one of the best watches of 2026 so far.

The new Black Bay 58 is a significant improvement upon the original model, retaining the 39mm case, but refining the shape to give the watch a slimmer and more comfortable feel, also reviving the smaller vintage-inspired crown. On the technical side, it’s also an upgrade: the new Black Bay 58 adds Master Chronometer certification, which means that it has better anti-magnetic resistance and tighter performance standards.

Meanwhile, Romeo went for his Patek Philippe Nautilus—a giant of luxury horology that needs no introduction. Owned by the likes of football legend Thierry Henry and the late Virgil Abloh, it’s one of the world’s most famous watches. When it was first launched In 1976, it revolutionized haute horologie by balancing a sporty steel and sleek dress-like design with industrial design details. If you can actually get your hands on one, expect to pay an eye-watering price for it (and even more if you want an 18-carat yellow gold model like Romeo’s).

Two very different watches for two generations of the Beckham family, but the one thing that unites that two—they’re undeniably stylish.
